KRYM0V, Nikolai Petfovich
b.1884, Moscow; d. 1958, Moscow
Studied at the Moscow Art School (1904-11). Participant in exhibitions from 1904: Moscow Fellowship of Artists (1905-06), Union of Russian Artists (1906-23, member from 1910), Blue Rose (1907), Wreath-Stefanos (1908), Makovets (1925-26), Society of Moscow Artists (1928-29), exhibitions of Russian art in Vienna ( 1908) and Paris (1910), Exposition Universelle in Brussels (1910), international exhibitions in Rome (1911) and Venice (1924) etc. His pictures were shown in Tokyo and Aomori (1926-27). Taught at the VKhUTEMAS (1920-22) and the Printing Institute in Moscow. In 1949 elected Corresponding Member of the USSR Academy of Arts.
